Persona Record Book

This is a simple app to manually log individual contact details. This app works offline.

At a minimum, this app allows you to collect the following information:

- full name

- contact telephone number

You can use the Notes field to collect:

- postal address (for workers) or the name of the visitor’s business.

- reason for visit and duration.
